Director Patty Jenkins is addressing reports that she walked away from “Wonder Woman 3” amid friction with new DC Co-Presidents James Gunn and Peter Safran.
Addressing what she called a “false” story claiming she killed “WW3,” Jenkins said, “I never walked away. I was open to considering anything asked of me.”
“I do not want what has been a beautiful journey with WW to land on negative note,” Jenkins said. “I wish her and her legacy an amazing future ahead, with or without me.”
James Gunn, in response, tweeted that “all of Peter and my interactions with you were only pleasant and professional.
Jenkins also said she is still working on Lucasfilms “Rogue Squadron,” which is in active development.
