Prince Harry and Meghan Markles decision to step down as senior members of the royal family in 2020 greatly affected their presence at Queen Elizabeth IIs Platinum Jubilee over the weekend, so says Julie Montagu, American Viscountess.
Montagu, an American yoga teacher, became a part of the British aristocracy when she married Luke Montagu, Viscount Hinchingbrooke. The couple split their time living between London and the Mapperton House in the West Dorset countryside.
