Megan Fox Details All The Plastic Surgery She’s Had, And Some She Hasn’t

Megan Fox went into detail about the cosmetic procedures and plastic surgeries she’s had done during her appearance on Wednesday’s episode of the podcast Call Her Daddy.
The actress, 37, revealed all of her procedures to host Alex Cooper, as well sharing details about her tumultuous relationship with rapper Machine Gun Kelly.
Fox said she got her first breast augmentation soon after starring in Transformers, when she was 21 or 22, but had to get them redone after she finished breastfeeding her three sons, Noah Shannon, 11, Bodhi Ransom, 10, and Journey River, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
I don’t know where [my breasts] went, but they went, she said of the effect that breastfeeding had.
But she had to undergo a third procedure because the second one didn’t look right.
“I had to have them redone very recently, because the first set, I didn’t have enough body fat to disguise … the rippling of the implant, so I had to switch them out to this set.”
She said that repeating the procedure was a traumatic experience for her.
“I don’t like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to have a surgery, it’s a very big deal. I have my all my doctors have to meet with me before, and have to tell me if they’ve seen any omens — if they saw any owls, crows, if anyone stepped on a spider, if there were any dead insects — my doctors have to go through this with me, because I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia. I don’t take surgery lightly. and therefore I have not had many of them.”
To make sure the breast augmentation was done right, to avoid additional procedures in the future, Fox said she was clear about what she wanted.
“It’s a very traumatizing experience for me. I was like, I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in my body and that is what he said he did,” Fox said. “I said, I don’t care what’s on-trend. Give me 1990 stripper t**ties, that’s what I want.’ And he did it.”
But she said the implants aren’t really that big, they just look big on her body.
“They’re not even that big, They’re a 32D, which is not that big. They just look big on my body cause my body’s tiny, but if, like, you could have gone bigger I would have had him go bigger, because I don’t like surgery. The fact that I had to do it, I was like, I want a reward for the suffering I have to go through. I don’t want to wake up with a full B cup, there’s no fing point.”
Fox also addressed rumors that she’s had multiple nose jobs, saying she’s only had one.
“I had my nose done when I was in my early twenties,” Fox said, noting that she’s been accused by fans of having “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries.”
She said people may be confused because she contours her nose to within “one inch of its life,” making it look like “its just nostrils like Voldemort.”
She said she’s never had a facelift of any kind and has never done threads because she fears they could interfere with a face lift in the future. She does get Botox in her face, however.
She said she’s never had body procedures like liposuction or body contouring, but would be so flattered if somebody thought I had a BBL.
She said that if she ever did get a Brazilian butt lift, she would ask her doctor for an ass that’s like an anomaly … Like, circus freak.
She also confirmed that she and Machine Gun Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, called off their engagement in 2023, but was coy about their current relationship status.
“What Ive learned from being in this relationship is that its not for public consumption,” she added. “So I think as of now, I dont have a comment on the status of the relationship per se.”
