The multi-year agreement between Oprah Winfrey and Apple TV+, first revealed in 2018, has ended.
Since their prior agreement is coming to an end, it has been reported that both parties have decided to continue working together, albeit on a project-by-project basis.
Winfrey and Apple agreed to a deal in 2018 that called for them to collaborate on projects for Apple’s original content roster.
According to sources at the time of the 2018 arrangement, Apple’s contract with Winfrey did not conflict with the Discovery pact, and Winfrey continued to have a limited on-screen exclusivity with OWN.
