Hugh Jackman Gets In ‘Trouble’ For Getting Too Close To Rockefeller Christmas Tree

Hugh Jackman said he got in trouble for getting too close to the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree in New York City on Christmas morning.
“I highly recommend getting up really early on Christmas morning and taking a walk to see the Rockefeller Christmas tree,” the 55-year-old X-Men star wrote alongside a video and photos on Instagram on Monday. It’s so beautiful and not crowded at all.
In the video clip, Jackman can be seen holding up his phone to film the tree as he walks toward it, then turns and stretches out his arms in front of it.
I did get in trouble for going beyond the barrier but the security guard was nice and let me go with just a warning, Jackman wrote.
Jackman is set to return as Wolverine in the upcoming Deadpool 3 alongside co-star and real-life pal Ryan Reynolds in the titular role.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times at the Toronto International Film Festival in September, director Shawn Levy talked about the bromance between Jackman and Reynolds.
“The guys love each other almost as much as Ryan Reynolds and I love each other — because that bromance is a tale for all time, Levy said.
