Nicole Kidman gave fans a view into life on her Australian farm over the holidays, sharing photos that show her bottle feeding a lamb.
The Oscar winner, 56, shared a collage of snaps on her Instagram Story on on Wednesday, and captioned the images Holiday Chores.
The Big Little Lies star bought the Bunya Hill farm, which spans more than 100 acres in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, with her husband, country music star Keith Urban, in 2008, two years after they wed. The property is also home to black Angus cattle, horses, alpacas and chickens.
In a 2015 tour of the farmhouse for Vogue’s 73 Questions, Kidman declared the best part of farm life to be the simplicity, the air, the peace. As she collected freshly laid eggs and showed off her cows, she noted that Urban’s music is perfect for this countryside activity we have with cows grazing in the backyard.
In 2020, the farm was threatened by wildfires in the region, but survived. The celebrity couple mainly splits their time between Nashville and Australia.
Kidman can be seen in the upcoming drama Expats, set to premiere on Amazon Prime on Jan. 26. The series is based on Janice Y.K. Lees 2016 novel The Expatriates, which follows the lives of three women in Hong Kong.
